Where are Inova Flashlights manufactured?

How many lumens does a inova X1 flashlight have? Ive looked everywhere and I cant find how many lumens it has. I would guess about 25 but Im not for sure.

Is it natural if a LED flashlight heats up. Is it normal? ok so its a Inova XOMT-WT Titanium, and my dad used it for about idk, half an hour and he says its hot and i touched it and it was pretty hot. I was wondering if there what something wrong or is it like that.
