flashlights? will shining a flashlight on my teeth make them whiter
What are the best LED flashlights out there? A friend of mine let me borrow his surefire led flashlight to take camping. It was awesome. Small, light, tough, very bright and waterproof. I know that surefires are expensive. But are they the best? Are there any other companies that make similar or better LED flashlights? Cheaper? The main thing I want them to have is to be tough, reliable, bright and waterproof. A lifetime warranty or better would be awesome as well as it seems that most if not all of surefire's flashlights come with one.
What does the number in LED Flashlights stand for? I was looking online at LED flashlights and some say 9 LED, some say 32 LED, and some say 100 LED. What does the number stand for? Output intensity? I know it does not stand for the quantity of flashlights in that auction because they are all 1 item auctions. Thanks for your input!
What is going on with the flashlights industry? First there was Mag-Light.... now LED products are out. Typically Led Lenser made in Germany is world popular brand, I have couple of their products, but now I see other brand in the US resemble of Ledlenser flashlights. LOL The price is outrageous tho.
My kitten is traumatized by flashlights. What can we do to help her? Lola saw the light from a low-powered flashlight last night for the first time and was absolutely traumatized. She took off, hid under the couch, breathing very heavily, trembling and obsessively searching the room for the light for the rest of the night. Both of our other cats LOVE flashlights and chase them. Can anyone help us help her? We are afraid she will be traumatized for life. She is such a wonderful companion and we are afraid she will never be the same! Please help!
Why do TV actors hold flashlights from the underside? For the past few years the TV cops and detectives hold flashlights from the underside...why? The normal way, held from the top with the thumb facing forward, allows one to easily turn it on and off. One can't do it from the bottom unless the on/off button is on the end of the shaft.
How can you rate a flashlights brightness? I want to buy a bright, but smaller, flashlight.(like a surefire, etc.). They seem to rate them by lumens and watts. What is the range of of something that is really bright. How many lumens is a watt?
Is a police officer allowed to pull you over with flashlights? Okay, i was driving home on the highway and i went only 7 over the speed limited, only because i just got off the feeder and hadnt see the sign ahead.and the police officer on the side of the road started to flash his flashlight in the night and he didnt even put his lights on or anything. How many flashlights do you own? Do you keep them near by just in case of an emergency? Do they actually work? I always seem to drop mine and break it, the batteries will pop out and the metal spring will fly out. Is it a good idea to keep the batteries in it at all times or to have the batteries near it and load it when its needed.

How safe are infrared flashlights? How safe are infrared flashlights? I want a really bright infrared flashlight for taking pictures outdoors and in caves. Should I wear special safety glasses or anything? I'm talking about using it for an hour at a time or more. TJ-You can't see x-rays, microwaves, or nuclear radiation either. Just because it's invisible doesn't mean it's safe.
How safe are ultraviolet flashlights? How safe are ultraviolet flashlights? I want to get a really bright ultraviolet flashlight to light up limestone caves when I'm spelunking. Do I need to wear sunscreen or eye protection or anything? I might be talking about an hour of use at a time.
What kind of jobs would require me to use flashlights? Like the way a mechanic would use it, or a winemaker. Those were the only two I could think off... haha And what jobs would be workshop-like, like how mechanics work in workshops. I want to do something where I work with my hands and possibly make things. (But nothing like engineering or something where I need a specific college degree, because I'm one class away from finishing my linguistics major and music minor haha)

How to make a video like Magic Flashlights? so im trying to make a video similar to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ox78WEmXQB8 my biggest problem is making the light streaks stay relative to the footage when the camera moves. if the camera stays stationary its not actually too hard but as soon as the camera moves at all the streaks move too and it doesn't look believable at all. I know it can be done i just dont know how to do it.
Shaking Flashlights good for the environment? okay im pretty sure all of us have flashlights and we would use them from time to time but the thing is they require batteries and mainly they use disposable batteries and its polluting to the environment. there is an alternative to this and t is an LED shake flashlight where it requires no batteries and lasts pretty long. so hearing this now if you regularly uses flashlights for whatever reason will u use this product not only to help the environment but save u some money in the process? http://cgi.ebay.com/SHAKE-FLASHLIGHT-LASTS-FOREVER-NO-BATTERIES-BRIGHT-NEW_W0QQitemZ8763658024QQcmdZViewItem You can also buy them at Walgreens (recommended) and they are very good quality too.
My dog is obsessed with Flashlights? When you stop playing with her with the flashlight, she shakes and keeps staring at the ceiling and walls. It has been 2 days and she is still searching for it. We have tried playing with other things with her but she is uninterested. All she does now is stare and whine. We are worried about her having a nervous breakdown.
What type of flashlights do they use on CSI? If you can help I'd like to know the small hand flashlights they use while investigating a crime. Be specific if you can, like type and model, but if you cannot any information would be great.
