Bushnell Binoculars, 11-1025 model that takes photos but how to download them to the PC? I have the CD, I have also downloaded the driver from the Bushnell web site. I have Windows XP. This is really frustrating - I have set up these binoculars to link to my PC but all it allows me to do is do streaming video. Fun, but I have taken photos that for the life of me I can't download. Bushnell was no help (they don't answer). Anybody else here have these binoculars and have figured it out?

binoculars for astronomy. Bushnell? Anyone heard of it? I've been doing some research lately, and I found most of the people talking about Orion, and Celestron. Personally I think I'd prefer Orion, Orion's scenix series 10x50 (I only like porro 10x50, or higher, maybe). Because I think celestron's 10x50 are too ugly. Then today, I suddenly bumped in to this Bushnell website. It is brilliant, everything is listed so clearly with the specs for all binoculars, A LOT of selections (when I say a lot, it means A LOT more then Orion's and Celestron's selections), and with a long background history too! It was established in 1948, with over 50 years of experience, longer then both celestron and orion! (orion was founded in 1975 and celestron is 1960) Not only the selections and the background are pleasing, the quality and the price of those binoculars are excellent too! ----Bushnell legacy 10x50, with BAK4 coated prisms, AND 100% WATER PROOF AND FOG PROOF, eye relief of 18....Guess how much is it? 116.49!!!!! so now, help me out experts! bushnell or orion? By the way, If you never heard of Bushnell, here's it's website! <http://www.bushnell.com/> And this is the Bushnell legacy 10x50 binoc I was talking about <http://www.bushnell.com/products/binoculars/legacy-wp/120150/> Or if any of you has a different suggestion, tell me! And give me a reason.. Thanks!

8-20x50 binoculars Vs 20x50 binoculars? Olympus Vs Nikon Vs Bushnell? I'm considering purchasing a binoculars. I generally see that binoculars with 8-20x50 are more costly than 20x50 binoculars. What is that the first binoculars can do that the second cant do? Is it that with first binoculars I can adjust the magnification, where as with the second binoculars, the magnification is pre-adjusted? Also can you please suggest which brand would be a good option to go for. I can choose between Olympus, Nikon, Bushnell. The purpose of the binoculars is just for hobbie purpose, and more to be used when site seeing and traveling.

I do not want cost to influence decision. All are waterproof, and all are fog proof except for the leupold binocular
Choosing a set of binoculars? I am trying to get back into birding again and need a good set of binoculars. I'll be using them for field identification as well as backyard birding. I use to have an old set of 8x40s which I loved, but lost. I am looking at getting a Bushnell® 10x50 Falcon™ Binoculars which is said to weight 27oz. I am a beginner - intermediate birder. Is this a good fit?
Can anyone recommend a good pair of binoculars? I am thinking about investing in a good pair of binoculars, ones that I can use for a variety of purposes (especially for star-gazing). I was thinking about the Bushnell Legacy series (either the 10x50 or 12x50), but was hoping to get some suggestions first. I'm willing to pay up to around $200, and I would prefer to get ones that are meant to be used as hand-held (I don't really want to have to mess with a tripod...). What are your recommendations?
What should I look for when purchasing a pair of binoculars? Looking to purchase a decent pair of binoculars. I don't hunt, just for general camping, looking at bears, birds, mountains, etc. Something like 10x42. I was told anything over 10 would be blurry due to your hand shaking. Bushnell has a 10x42 for $180 and a Bushnell 16x50 for $60. trying to keep price under $200.
I want a pair of nice and large binoculars? Generally something that can be used for a variety of reasons, birds, moon, stars, etc. But also for my new hobby, competitive air rifle shooting. I need to see where the pellet hit the target from 10 meters. The hole is tiny. I'm thinking about 11-12x power. Is the zoom of a camera equal to that of binoculars? Hey guys, I've purchased one SONY CYBER-SHOT camera, which has 15 X Opticial Zoom in it. Now I am willing to buy Bushnell binoculars. The one I'm willing to purchase has 16 X Zoom in it. So I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the zoom of a camera was equal to that of binoculars. Looking to get binoculars to take digital photos...? Hi. I am eligible to receive an award at work, and one of the prizes I can choose from is a Bushnell Imageview Binoculars. I was looking at the Bushnell website to find out how many megapixels the camera has but it only says "VGA megapixel still pictures." What does this mean....? How do I know how many megapixels the binocular camera has? Thanks.

how do you use lever focus binoculars? I don't know how to adjust the focus for these binoculars. the instructions say "set the instafocus by adjusting the central focusing lever between the barrels" but I don't know what that means. I tried adjusting the lever but nothing happens. Can anyone give more detailed instructions? by lever focus i mean the binoculars that look like these, with the square bit in the middle of the barrels http://wize.com/binoculars/sc-with-lever-focus/brand/bushnell

What will these binoculars be useful for? (I hope this is ok in this category. I've already been asked by another user to move this post from another category. I have no idea where this should go as a search turned up nothing, and only from a google search did I find a bino. question in the camera section and put there. Wrong move, apparently.) I've inherited 4 set of binoculars (plus one Mini), and just don't need FOUR! I was wondering what each of these specs tells you what it's best for (ie, wide range, long-distance close-up, etc). This is the information as copied from the binoculars themselves: 1) Nikon Action 10x50 6.5 degrees "Lookout IV" 2) Canon Image Stabilizer 15x45 15 degrees, 4.5 degrees 4D 3) Bushnell 89x40 EWA EW Angle Field: 525 ft @ 1000 yds 4) Canon Image Stabilizer All Weather 18x50 15 40 3.7 degrees Also: Mini Bushnell Power View 10x25

I couldn't find a good spot for this query, and noticed another binocular question was in this section, hence posting here. I'll try to figure out something else. Thanks for your help.
Can I do this with Amazon.com? I bought some Bushnell binoculars from Amazon in mid May and turned out I recieved a lemon. I put them back in their original box hoping to exchange them, but that day never came due to my laziness so now I'm stuck with bad binoculars in a box. So now to my question, can I buy the same binoculars from Amazon & then return the bad one I first received?
So I have a pair of 10x42 Leupold Binoculars. . . but I want a second pair, can someone help? I don't want to spend a lot of money, preferable $75 or less for a second pair to keep in my truck just in case I need them. I think I want 8x optical but the second number (i.e. 32, 42, 50, etc) what does it do for you? I want something clear and good for low light situations, so do I want a higher or lower second number? Also I was considering the Bushnell 10x42 Permafocus. . . does anyone have any other recommendations? Thanks
Will someone please tell me how to pick out a pair of binoculars? I need it explained in simple, easy-to-understand language. Perhaps explain the differences as to roof prism, porro prism, wide angle, degree of angle, what the X's stand for, as I don't know how to look for a small waterproof pair which brings things way up close to use on a ship or for birdwatching. Perhaps a certain brand and type can be suggested? I believe Bushnell are suppose to be very good but are they pricey because of the name? I see a lot of Nikons and wonder if they may be the best buy? (I am leary of Olympus because they have so many remanufactured products out there). Any and all suggestions and info will be much appreciated. Thank you. Also, please explain the field of view, angle of view and if some can be attached onto a tripod without an adapter. And, should I look for fogfree lenses only? Would ATB (allterrain) ones be best because they are more durable?
Which is a better buy ...? Bushnell 16x32 Binoculars at $47 or Galileo 10x25 Digital Binoculars at $84 Im going for quality of vision over all else. Maybe you can even suggest the best bang for the buck, with quality of vision in mind, for under $115. I dont know much about binocs by the way ....

There are others but I've narrowed it down to these. We have a regular grill and a propane grill but no smoker. We also have a coffee grinder but not one this nice. Thank you B's momma for the camera info; I have never heard of it.
What are VGA cameras? I'm looking into buying one of those binocular camera and on some of them they'll tell me their 2.1 mp or whatever and on others they'll tell me they have VGA cameras. Here's the one i was looking at. Thanks for the help! http://www.opticsplanet.net/bushnell-imageview-binocular-111026.html

Which is the better product? Which one of these is better? Price does not matter. http://www.amazon.com/Bushnell-Prowler-2-0x24-Waterproof-Vision/dp/B0001GMISA or http://www.amazon.com/Bushnell-Night-Watch-Infrared-Binocular/dp/B000F4GIBQ/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1237613388&sr=8-2
Can Anyone Suggest The Best Binocular For Me??? I don't know a lot about BINOCULARS as much as I do about DIGI-CAMS. Some suggested BUSHNELL & some suggested NIKON & it just went on. According to them these two are best in manufacturing BINOCULARS. I visited their websites, but there are lots of models of BINOCULARS & each one is different that other. If one Binocular provides the best view, it doesn't provide the maximum zoom & if the second one provides max. zoom, it doesn't provide best view. Some of them don't even have water/fog proof. So it just confuses me a lot. I just wanna have a Binocular that's got best & clear view, max. zoom near about 90 - 100 mm, fog & water proof, popup eyecups etc. I just thought some of you might know a lot about it that could really help me choose the perfect one. Would you help me? If anyone knows a better one, please let me know.
What did I see? I'm at my house on Cape Cod, 70 D 11M North and 41 D 44M West. At about 11:15 PM this evening (6/25) I was scanning the Northern sky with my binoculars when I spotted an object moving. I drop the glasses to see if it was visible to the eye and it was not. When I used the binoc's again I note there are 2 of these objects in the field of view. They were the same magnitude and although it looked like a chase the distance remained the same until I lost them as they dipped to the horizon. These objects were very faint. I'm using Bushnell 10 by 50's and the field of view is about 5.2 degrees. The objects took up about 3/4 of the field of view and I'd guess 7 or 8 for a magnitude. I have never seen 2 faint Sat's in the same field and orbit b4, not counting a Shuttle/ Space Station docking. I first spotted them north of Cygnus and lost them below Altair. Anybody have an idea what I saw? How about 2 planes chasing? No airplane lights, though. Steady white color. The "space junk" option makes the most sense. I just ran a sat tracking program for the time I observed the stuff and nothing came up. Also, space junk would be more likely to have the same orbit. I can't think of any birds 5 degrees apart in the same polar orbit. It just doesn't make sense and the program I used tracks 8000 birds.
