What is the purpose of having all Bon Voyage badges?

I was excited that one of my sims finally got all the Bon Voyage badges, but now what? Is there a point to any of it, or was I just wasting my time?

1. Yes i beleive you were. I just use bon voyage to make hotels and have my sims visit it.
