Can you recommend me a pair of astronomy binoculars?

My friend's birthday is fast approaching and he has always been interested in space. If you could suggest a pair of space-focused binoculars, it would be greatly appreciated.

2. I have a pair of Orion Scenix, which is the less expensive pair linked by Geoff. But my favorite binoculars are Orion Mini Giant 9x63. The view is not quite so wide as with the Scenix, but it shows you dimmer stars. A few nights ago, I was looking at the Andromeda Galaxy, then I started scanning stars a little away from there and noticed a fuzzy area. I thought I found a comet!
